What should I bring to the event?

Bring comfortable clothing, water bottle, notebooks, pens, and an open heart and mind.

What should I know about nutrition?

We will be offering lite mindful fare and beverages throughout the event. Lunch options include bring your own, order a vegan sack lunch for $25 (these are NOT allergy free), or enjoy a meal at a walk-able restaurant. Ample parking.
